Degenerative Disc Diseases and Instabilities
Degenerative Spondylolisthesis
Isthmic Spondylolisthesis
Pseudoarthrosis or Failed Spondylodesis
Additional posterior fixation with a pedicle screw system is required.
Contraindications
Severe Osteoporosis
Unstable Burst Fractures and Compression Fractures
Destructive Tumors
Involvement of 3 or More Levels
Acute Infections
Extensive Peridural Scarring
